As the berries ripen longer on the branch, biochemical changes occur that increase lipids – including the rare omega-7 fatty acid – while organic acid levels decrease. The result is a smoother, fuller juice profile that retains the distinctive sea buckthorn flavour along with its full spectrum of nutrients.

- Juicing: Whole berries are mechanically pressed into pulp juice — no enzymes or solvents are used.

- Fat Content: The natural oil phase is retained, resulting in a creamy texture and rich flavour.
